Cancellation by Guest
If a guest cancels the booking, the refund will depend on the cancellation timing and booking terms shared at the time of confirmation.
Same-Day Cancellation
Same-day cancellations or cancellations made after check-in time are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy

In rare cases, if Stay Royal BNB has to cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances, the guest will be offered either an alternative stay option, date adjustment, or refund as applicable.
